The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is acting as lead transaction advisor to the Water Utilities Corporation in the development of a new wastewater reclamation plant to treat effluent from the Glen Valley WWTP on a public private partnership basis. K&M was hired by the IFC to conduct economic and financial due diligence to ensure the successful implementation of the Project. K&M will submit: a report summarizing the results of the due diligence process; a presentation with the findings and recommendations submitted in the report; and the economic and financial models developed.
